Brand Events & Activations

You spent six weeks on the set. Two cameras, so it survives the day.

Activations, launches and festival footprints, covered by a photographer and a videographer with a social-ready cut, so the brand is still in frame when the recap deck is due.

  • A photographer and a videographer.

The standard booking is both, plus a one-minute cut. Not photography alone, and not video you have to think to ask for. An activation only happens once, and stills and motion are two different jobs that one person walking between them cannot do well.

  • The branding stays in frame.

The wall, the cup, the color, the mark on the backdrop. We shoot knowing you have to present this internally, which means frames where the brand is legible, not just frames where the party looks good.

  • Cut and delivered while it still matters.

A one-minute social edit is part of the default booking, and the full set lands in three business days. When the content window is the whole point, rush delivery is published and can have selects back the same night. An activation posted a week late is a photo album, not a campaign.

The work

SXSW, ACL, and the launches nobody live-tweeted.

Festival footprints, product launches, brand receptions and retail installations. The job is the same at every scale: photograph the thing that was built, the people using it, and the moment that proves it worked, with the brand still readable in the frame.

How it runs

Send the run of show and the brand guidelines.

  1. 01

Tell us what has to be in the deck

The hero moments, the sponsor obligations, the shots someone will ask for on Monday. A brand shoot has deliverables in a way a party does not, and knowing them in advance is the difference between having the frame and wishing you did.

  2. 02

    Both cameras, the whole window

The photographer on the built environment, the brand moments and the people; the videographer on motion, atmosphere and whatever the cut is going to need. Setup and breakdown sit inside the booked window, and if the event runs long the extension is billed in fifteen-minute steps rather than argued about.

  3. 03

Selects fast, the cut behind them

The full set in three business days as standard, and the one-minute edit on its own schedule so the stills never wait on it. If you need selects while the event is still live, rush delivery is a published add-on rather than a favor.

What it costs

A photographer, a videographer, and the cut.

  • The standard booking$2,549 4 hours, both cameras

What an activation is booked as by default: a photographer and a videographer for the window, stills and motion, and a social-ready one-minute edit included rather than quoted afterward. Four hours is the example, real activations are quoted to their actual length.

  • Both cameras, by the hour$599 per hour

The rate the package is built from, for a footprint that runs longer or shorter than the example. Extensions on the day are billed in fifteen-minute steps from the first minute.

  • The cut$149 per edited minute

Priced by the finished minute, so a longer film is a decision rather than a surprise. All raw footage is included in the shooting rate either way.

  • One still photographer instead$249 per hour

Worth being completely clear about what this rate is: one still photographer, and no video at all. Not a smaller film, not a shorter cut, none. You also lose whatever is happening away from that single camera. It is a real step down from the standard booking rather than a smaller version of it, and a shorter window with both people is usually the better trade.

  • Rush delivery$149 flat

Same-day and next-day turnaround is a published upgrade rather than a favor: selects graded and sized for social while the activation is still live. A 24-hour tier is priced lower, and both are on the rates page. Ask at booking rather than on the day, because a fast turnaround is a staffing decision made in advance.

  • Aerial$399 per hour

Licensed, insured and cleared before the day. Worth an hour on an outdoor footprint where the scale of the thing you built is the story.

Third-party usage (a sponsor, a partner brand, a media buy) is licensed separately from the first-party rights in the rate. Raise it before the shoot and it is a line on the quote rather than a conversation after delivery.

What are you launching?

The dates, the footprint and what has to be in the recap. That is enough to come back with a crew and a number.
