We bring the studio to your floor.
A full lighting setup in your lobby for a morning, and everyone walks out with a headshot they will actually use.

Nobody has to go anywhere.
The single biggest reason a company headshot day fails is travel: half the team cannot spare the afternoon, so half the directory stays inconsistent for another two years. We set up where the people already are, and the whole thing costs them four minutes each.
Book a window, share a rough headcount, and we handle the rest of the logistics.

It fits wherever you have room.
The setup is modular, not a fixed installation. A lobby, a spare meeting room, a corner of the floor, or outside if the weather is doing something useful. The picture below is one example of how it can look — the rig adapts to the space rather than the other way round.

One sitting, every crop you need.
The website, the badge, the press page, the deck, the platform that insists on a square. All from the same four minutes, so nobody is retaking anything in six weeks when a new system wants a different shape.
Back in three business days, fully edited, at the rate agreed before the day.

It scales past the point most setups stop.
Nine people is an easy morning. Nine hundred is a different problem: it needs queue management, a schedule people can actually keep, and enough crew that nobody waits. That is what the guest infrastructure covers, and it is the difference between a headshot day and a headshot day that finishes.
An hourly rate, and infrastructure when the queue gets long.
- The session$249 per hour
Billed by the hour like any other shoot, from the moment we are set up and ready for the first person. Editing is included, not a line item.
- Guest infrastructure$499 per 50 guests
Charged per 50 estimated guests. It covers the extra crew, the queue management and the scheduling that keep a large session moving instead of turning into a two-hour line in your lobby.
Guest infrastructure is waived for corporate clients handling their own internal distribution through a single point of contact — if one person on your side owns the list, the scheduling and getting the files to everyone afterwards, that is the work the fee pays for, and you are already doing it.
