Rates

Good photography doesn’t cost you money. Bad photography does.

Here is the part most studios keep behind a form. Every rate on this page is the whole rate, and what it covers is written underneath it. Read the value first. The numbers will make sense by the time you reach them.

You are not buying hours.

You are buying a finished gallery. Edited, color-true, ready to publish.

Three business days.

Full editing, back in your hands inside three business days. No per-photo charges standing between you and your own pictures.

A card on file, and that is it.

A card goes on file when you book, and on most bookings nothing is charged until after your booking ends. For bookings with a rate of $1,000 and up, we generally require a deposit at the time of confirmation. Check out Booking Terms for more details.

Coverage

Time on the ground.

Billed by the hour, every rate below is the whole rate: crew, gear, and the finished work in your hands. Booking Terms has the fine print.

Photography

$249per hour
What’s included
  • Your shooter, lighting, and lenses for the whole call
  • Every good frame edited and delivered in three business days
  • Web and print files, yours to use on your own site and channels
for a 30 minute session$149

An hour with someone who's done this a thousand times looks nothing like an hour with someone on their first fifty.

Crew, gear, and first party usage rights are already included. Booking Terms has the details.

Videography

$349per hour
What’s included
  • Camera, lenses, audio, and lighting for the call
  • Your videographer on site, running the shoot
  • All raw footage, organized and backed up
for a 30 minute session$199

Video is a crew, not a camera. The rate is what it takes to keep the set moving.

Crew, gear, and first party usage rights are already included. Booking Terms has the details.

What’s included
  • One shooter covering stills and motion in the same call
  • One crew, one schedule, one booking
  • Full photo edit inside three business days
for a 30 minute session$275

Booking it twice costs more than booking it once. So we built it as one call.

The right call when you want real coverage in both, not maximum coverage in either. Need photo and video running at once, in depth? That is Two Shooters.

What’s included
  • A photographer and a videographer, both on site
  • The buddy-cop version of a booking: two specialists on the same scene, nothing missed
  • Photos and raw footage in three business days, edited video within about a week
for a 30 minute session$349

Two specialists, both working the whole time. Nothing gets covered second.

The call for events and launches, where the moment does not repeat for the second camera.

Aerial / Drone

$399per hour
What’s included
  • Part 107 licensed pilot, insured and current
  • Airspace checks and authorizations handled for you
  • Graded stills and clips, delivered with the rest

The city from above. Licensed, cinematic, exact.

Best added to a ground booking. The crew is already on site, so the same day covers more ground and nothing waits on a second call-out.

Post Production

Bespoke.

Your gallery already comes back finished. Everything here is the extra craft, added when you want it. Booking Terms has the definitions.

Retouching

$65per image
What’s included
  • Skin smoothing, body shaping, and background removal
  • Object removals, cleanup, and composite work
  • Available before or after your gallery lands

This is the frame that ends up on the cover. Finished until there is nothing left to find.

Skin, background, body work, added only when you want it. See your gallery first, most people don't end up needing it.

Short-Form Editing

$149per edited minute
What’s included
  • Cut, color, sound, and titles on the finished minute
  • Vertical and horizontal masters from one edit, ready to post on arrival
  • Licensed music and captions, no reformatting left on your end

You pay for the minute that runs, not the twelve hours it took to find it.

Delivered ready for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. No cropping, no reformatting, nothing to think about before you post.

Long-Form Film

Let’s talk
What’s included
  • Story structure, assembly, and full post pipeline
  • Grade, mix, graphics, and animation as needed
  • A scoped schedule you can plan a launch around

Long-form is shaped by the story, so it gets a number shaped by the story.

Tell us the runtime and the deadline. You will have a scope and a number the same day.

Specialties & Logistics

Some work prices itself.

Square footage, product scope, menu size, per car. Where the subject sets the number instead of the clock, you can price the job before you call.

Real Estate & Spaces

$299under 2,500 sq ft
What’s included
  • Interiors, exteriors, and the details that sell a room
  • Window pulls and vertical corrections on every frame
  • MLS-ready sizes plus full-resolution originals
each additional 500 sq ft$99

Square footage is the honest measure. It sets how much there is to shoot, and how much there is to finish afterwards.

Priced on floor area, so the number is settled before anyone arrives.

Product Photography

starts at $499
What’s included
  • Every angle the product needs, consistent across the set
  • Clean background, cut out and ready to publish
  • Delivered organized to match your catalog

No two products photograph the same way. The number follows the work, not a list price.

These depend on the project: the size of the product, how much staging and art direction it takes, whether we book a model. Start an inquiry and you will have a number for your actual shoot.

Automotive Photography

$349per car
What’s included
  • The full walkaround, interior, engine bay and wheels
  • The detail frames a bidder scrolls for, badges and stitching included
  • Shot at the hour that flatters the car, edited and delivered in three business days
per car, with video$549

An auction listing is won or lost in the photo set. Pound for pound it is the highest-leverage line in the sale.

Flat per car, not hourly. Bring several and the per-car number comes down.

Restaurant & Food Photography

starts at $34940 menu items
What’s included
  • Every dish on the menu, lit and styled to match
  • The room and the bar shot the same visit
  • Your team at work, for the about page and social
75 menu items including cocktails, plus a social video$1,199

A menu shot once, properly, outlasts every seasonal change around it. Reshooting four dishes a year costs more than doing the whole menu right.

Menu size and whether you want video move the number. Send your menu, get an exact figure.

Travel

What’s included
  • Shooters already working in Austin, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, San Antonio, and Miami
  • No travel fee at all when a local partner covers the booking
  • More markets opening as the roster grows

The best reason to have people in a city is that nobody has to fly.

Towns and areas with no partner on the ground carry a flat surcharge instead.

Last-Minute Extensions

$89per 15 minutes
What’s included
  • Crew and gear stay exactly as they are
  • Anything shot in the extension is edited with the rest
  • Approved on the spot and added to the same booking

Good days run long. Fifteen minutes should not cost you an hour.

The clock starts the first minute you run over, not at the end of a block. Booking the time upfront always costs you less, and we will tell you that before you book.

Central Texas surcharge

Towns near Austin where no partner is working yet. One flat addition to the booking, nothing else.

$65
Bastrop, Elgin, Kyle, Taylor
$99
Driftwood, Jarrell, Muleshoe Bend, Spicewood
$125
Belton, Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, San Marcos, Wimberley
$149
Canyon Lake, Killeen, New Braunfels
$199
Fredericksburg

Anywhere else, tell us where and we will quote the trip as one line before anything is booked.

Add-Ons

Specific, Countable

Add any of these to a booking above and they are settled at the end of the same shoot, with everything else.

What’s included
  • Sign-up infrastructure so guests book their own slot
  • Queue and schedule management on the day
  • Individual delivery to each guest, not one bulk folder

The difference between a headshot day and a headshot day that finishes on time.

Charged per every 50 guests of estimated headcount. Waived for corporate clients receiving the full set through a single point of contact for internal distribution, since we are not handling individual delivery in that case, just one download link.

Rush Delivery, 12 Hours

$149flat
What’s included
  • Your gallery inside twelve hours of the shoot
  • The full edit, not a partial set
  • Arranged at booking so the day is planned around it

For the launch that goes live before the crew gets home.

Arranged when you book, so the shoot and the turnaround are scheduled as one thing. Ask early rather than on the day: rush depends on what else is already on the calendar.

Rush Delivery, 24 Hours

$99flat
What’s included
  • Your gallery inside twenty-four hours of the shoot
  • The same full edit, on a shorter clock
  • Add it at booking or on the day

Your gallery the day after the shoot instead of three, for the deadline that will not move.

The same full gallery on a shorter clock. Worth adding when the standard turnaround would land just past the date you actually need it.

Gallery Reupload

$65flat
What’s included
  • Your gallery restored and relinked
  • Full resolution, exactly as it was delivered
  • No limit on how long after delivery you ask

Links expire, life happens. We can put yours back up.

Files may move off-site or be removed, and we can't guarantee they're still available after the 7-day download window. For anything mission-critical, ask about archival service, we'll hold onto it for a fee rather than let it go.

Wedding Guest Count Surcharge

$349per 50 guests over 100

Weddings only. The first 100 guests are already inside the standard wedding rate; this applies per additional 50 above that. If your count drops before the day and you tell us, the rate drops with it.

The Studio

When you need the room as much as the crew.

We book the right professional studio for the job, for photo and video alike. Amigo Studio works with a network of partner commercial studios around Austin and in the other markets we serve, matched to what the shoot actually needs. Real production infrastructure, booked and run by us, without one room deciding what your shoot can be.

Some clients need a commercial studio. Others just want one. Both get the room they need, with the features they expect.

Stills and motion book as one production inside the studio, on one rate and one day. Every partner space is different, so we match the room to the shoot before anything is booked.

30 Minutes

$299flat, 30 minutes
What’s included

A booked professional studio and your crew for a half hour. Enough for headshots, a compact set, or a short piece to camera, back with you in three business days.

One Hour

$399flat, 1 hour
What’s included

The room and the lighting for a full hour. Time for a couple looks and a wardrobe change, or a run of short video pieces shot back to back.

Half Day

$1,349flat, 4 hours
What’s included

Four hours in the space. Multiple looks, multiple sets, stills and motion in the same booking, and the time to build each one properly rather than racing the clock.

Full Day

$2,749flat, 8 hours
What’s included

A full production day. Video captured alongside stills when the day calls for it, and the schedule to do both properly.

Rates run in flat steps from thirty minutes through a full day. Four are shown here. Ask for the rest, or read the full schedule on Booking Terms.

Why the number is the number

The smartest photograph is the one you never have to shoot twice.

One rate, the whole gallery

The rate carries your crew, the gear, and the licensing. Photographs come back finished, matching the work you see on this site. Video comes back as ready-to-edit footage and audio. Deciding which of your own pictures you can have is not a business we want to be in.

One booking, many crafts

Photo, video, aerial, and post combine into a single on-location booking. One crew, one schedule, one number at the end.

Back in days, not weeks

Photos in three business days, video in about a week. You will be posting while everyone else is still waiting on theirs.

You don’t have to know the way. We already do.
Amigo Studio
Before you ask

Four quick ones.

The granular version of all of this lives on Booking Terms.

Read the full Booking Terms

The shoot, your crew, the gear, and every good frame edited and delivered. There is no per-picture charge to see your own gallery. Check out Booking Terms for more details.

Tell us what you are shooting. You will have a real number the same day.

A sentence or two is plenty. Bigger or more involved jobs, a multi-shooter day, a long wedding, a production with a lot of moving parts, get a quote built around the actual work. Ask and we will put one together.
