Send the selects, not the shoot.

Retouching is priced per image, so the first decision is which ones actually matter. Send the frames you have already chosen and tell us where they are going — a billboard and a headshot on a directory need very different amounts of work.

Shot by us or by somebody else. We retouch either.

The goal is that nobody can tell.

Skin that still has texture, color that matches across a set, and the distraction removed rather than smeared over. A retouch that announces itself has failed, however technically clean it is.

One revision, always included.

You know your own picture better than we do, and what you want from it is not something we should be guessing at. So the files come back, you mark up anything you would change, and we make those changes. Every retouch includes a revision, on every frame, without you having to ask for it.

You get the full-resolution file.

Not a watermarked proof, not a web-sized export with the layers flattened somewhere we keep. The finished file at full resolution, in the format you need it, and the original untouched frame alongside it so you always have the way back.
