Patients pick a practice from a face.
Not from your copy, and never from a stock photo of a stranger in a lab coat. One visit gets your team, your rooms, and the film that opens your site.
Stock photography is doing you harm.
A nervous patient wants one thing: who is going to be in the room. A stranger from a photo library answers that with a lie they spot in a second. Your own team answers it honestly, and that is the call you get.
The rooms matter as much as the people.
Half the anxiety is the place, not the practitioner. Clean frames of the room, the chair and the front desk settle someone faster than any paragraph about comfort. Most practice sites skip them entirely.
Your site is quietly aging out.
If the photos predate your last two hires, every visitor is looking at a practice that no longer exists. Faces change, rooms get refitted, the site does not. Fixing it is one morning, not a project.
Real practices, real rooms, nobody holding a clipboard.
Dental, medical and aesthetics practices across Central Texas. Team portraits that match, treatment rooms that look like somewhere you would be comfortable, and procedure frames shot without getting in the way of an actual working day.

One morning, and the practice keeps running.
- 01
Walk us through the practice
Headcount, which rooms you want in it, and whether patients will be on site that day. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough for us to tell you how long it takes and what it costs before you commit.
- 02
We shoot around your schedule
Portraits first, in one setup, with people coming through between appointments. Then the rooms while they are empty and the working frames where they are not. We are used to clinical spaces and we do not need you to clear a whole day or reschedule patients to make it happen.

Photos in three business days, film in about a week
Every good frame, color graded, in the crops your site and your directory listings need. The film comes back as a short cut built for the top of a homepage, with the raw footage included so it can be recut later without reshooting.
One visit, priced by the hour it takes.
- Photo and video, one visit$449 per hour
The whole practice in one booking: team portraits, the rooms, and the footage for the film, shot together rather than as two separate days that each need you to tidy up twice.
- Photography only$249 per hour
If the site just needs its faces and rooms brought up to date. Same setup, same consistency, and the film can be added on a later visit without reshooting the stills.
- The edited film$149 per edited minute
Priced by the finished minute. A homepage film is usually one, occasionally two. The raw footage is included in the shooting rate either way, so a recut later never means booking the shoot again.
- Retouching, if you want it$65 per image
Per image, and separate from the editing already included on every frame. Practices tend to want it on a handful of portraits rather than the whole set.
Editing is included on everything delivered, and all raw footage is yours. Web design is scoped per project and starts with a discovery call rather than a rate on a page.
