Company Offsites

Everyone is in one city for three days. Get it on camera.

Culture documentation for remote-first teams: the sessions, the dinner, the hallway conversations, and everybody's headshot, from one photographer in one visit.

This company has watched our organization grow over the past few years and captured some of our biggest moments. They will always have a loyal client here.

  • You get one shot at this.

A remote team is in the same room a few days a year. Whatever is not photographed this week does not get photographed. There is no rescheduling a thing that only exists while everyone is in town.

  • Headshots do not need their own day.

The whole company is already here and already dressed for it. We photograph the sessions and run headshots in the same visit, so the directory gets fixed without anybody booking a second event.

  • Nobody wants a photographer hovering.

We shoot documentary, to your agenda, not to a shot list. No posing the room, no stopping a session. Most of the good frames happen because people forgot we were there.

The work

What a full day actually looks like.

Not a highlight reel of the offsite you wish you had run. This is the real shape of one: people at laptops, someone at a whiteboard, the group shot everybody actually uses, and the half hour at dinner that ends up on your careers page all year.

How it runs

You send the agenda. We work around it.

  1. 01

Send us the run of show

The schedule you already built, as it is, wherever the team is meeting. We shoot offsites across the country and travel is part of the quote, not a question. We read it and tell you where the photography actually lands: which sessions matter, where the headshot window fits, and what time the light outside is worth walking out for.

  2. 02

    One visit, three things covered

Culture and candids through the day, the sessions and the speakers as they happen, and headshots run alongside so nobody loses more than a few minutes. The clock starts when the shooter walks in and setup is inside the booked time.

  3. 03

    Back in three business days

Every good frame, color graded, no per-picture charge and no package tier rationing what you get. Fast enough that the recap email goes out while the offsite is still the thing everyone is talking about.

What a day costs

One photographer, one full day, everything included.

  • A full day$1,999 an 8 hour day

Culture, sessions and headshots across the same visit. Every good frame is color graded and delivered. There is no per-picture charge and no package tier deciding how many you are allowed to keep.

  • By the hour instead$249 per hour

For a half day, an evening dinner, or a single session worth covering. The clock starts when the shooter walks in, and setup and breakdown sit inside the booked time rather than beside it.

  • Photo and video together$599 per hour

Two shooters, stills and motion the same day. Worth it when the offsite is also feeding a recruiting page or an all-hands recap, and one camera cannot be in the keynote and the hallway at once.

  • Headshots for a large team$499 per 50 guests

Charged per 50 people when the headshot queue is long enough to need real scheduling and extra crew. Waived for corporate clients running their own internal distribution through a single point of contact.

Multi-day offsites are quoted as consecutive days, so you can cover the two that matter and skip the travel day. We shoot across the country, and getting us there is priced into the quote you approve.
