The listing goes live Friday. It should look like it is worth the ask.
Interiors, exteriors, aerials and a walkthrough film for high-end residential, photographed in one visit, delivered before your launch date.
One visit, not three bookings.
Stills, video and drone come from the same crew on the same day. You stage the property once instead of coordinating three vendors around a house that has to be empty and lit at the same hour.
Delivered before it lists.
Photographs come back in three business days, and rush is available when the date moved and nobody told you. The launch is the deadline that matters. Everything here is built around hitting it.
Licensed to fly, and cleared before the day.
Aerials are flown by a licensed commercial drone pilot, insured, with the airspace homework and FAA authorization handled as part of the booking rather than discovered on site.

The frames that make someone book a showing.
A wide of every room is table stakes and it is not what sells. What sells is the light at the right hour, the verticals actually vertical, the view the balcony really has, and the one detail that tells a buyer this house was finished by somebody who cared.

Address, square footage, launch date. That is the whole brief.

Send the property
The address, the approximate square footage and when it lists. The rate is driven by size, so you get a real number back before you book rather than a range that firms up after the shoot.
- 02
One visit covers all of it
Interiors and exteriors, the aerials, and the video if the property warrants it. We shoot to the light, which usually means arriving before you would expect and staying through the hour that makes the exterior worth photographing.

Photographs in three business days
Color graded, verticals corrected, sized for the MLS and for the places that are not the MLS. The one-minute cut follows on its own schedule so the stills never wait on the edit.
Full Coverage, or the pieces on their own.
- Full Coverage$1,375 photo, video, drone, edit
The package a luxury listing actually needs: the property photographed, an hour and a half of video, an hour in the air, and a ready-to-post one-minute edit. Two to three hours of real coverage on site.
- Photography by the property$299 under 2,500 sq ft
Stills alone, priced by the size of the property rather than by the hour, so a quote does not depend on how long a house takes to shoot.
- Each additional 500 sq ft$99 each additional 500 sq ft
The published step above the base. A ten thousand square foot property prices itself from these two numbers before you send an inquiry.
- Aerial, on its own$399 per hour
Licensed, insured, and cleared with the FAA before the shoot day. Worth booking alone for a property whose lot, view or approach is the thing being sold.
- Video, on its own$349 per hour
All raw footage is included in the shooting rate. The edit is a separate line because unedited footage rarely gets used, and a walkthrough that nobody cut is not a deliverable.
Rush delivery at 24 and 12 hours is published, so a listing date that moved is a fee you can see. We photograph listings across the country, and travel is priced into the quote you approve.

Send the address.
Square footage and a launch date is enough to come back with a real number and a shoot time.
