Tell us the headcount and the room
How many people, where you are, and whether you want a clean background, your actual office, or both. That is enough for us to tell you how long it takes and what it costs, before you commit to anything.

One setup, everybody through it
People come down a few at a time and are back at their desks in minutes. Each person is directed the whole way rather than left in front of a camera guessing, which is why the portraits look like people rather than passport photos. Then we shoot the working frames around the office while everyone gets on with it.

Back in three business days
Every good frame, color graded, in the crops you need for the site, the directory and the platform that insists on a square. No per-picture charge, and no tier that rations how many of your own people you get to see.
Billed by the hour, not by the head.
- A team session$249 per hour
One setup, everyone through it. Billed for the time we are there rather than per person, so a team of twenty costs what a half day costs, and adding one more person to the queue adds nothing.
- Photo and video in one visit$449 per hour
The same session, with a videographer working alongside. Worth it if you need something moving for the careers page or social, and far more sensible than booking a second day for a crew to re-stage what we already shot.
- Two shooters, for a bigger day$599 per hour
For a large headcount or a multi-floor office where one camera on portraits means nothing else gets covered. One runs the portrait setup while the other shoots the working frames, and the day takes half as long.
- Retouching, if you want it$65 per image
Per image, before or after delivery. Deliberately separate from the editing already included on every frame, because they are different jobs and people should get the one they actually asked for.
Editing is included on everything delivered, and there is no per-picture charge to see your own team. Travel outside Austin is quoted as a trip rather than refused.
