Congress Avenue runs straight at the Capitol dome, which means the background is already composed before you arrive. Theater marquees at the south end, festival tents in spring, and a crosswalk that gives you the whole city in one frame if you time the lights. We shoot couples, campaigns and street work along it constantly.
