Family Parties
The ones the kids will ask to see later.
First birthdays, gender reveals, baptisms, the backyard party that took three weeks to plan and ninety minutes to happen. We shoot at kid height, we get the grandparents into frame before anyone gets tired, and we stay long enough to catch the part after the cake when everyone finally relaxes.
Down at their height.
Most party photos are taken from adult eye level, looking down. Almost none of ours are. That one change is the difference between a record of an event and a picture of a childhood.

Turning one
The guest of honor will not cooperate and should not be asked to. We work around the nap, not against it.

I spent the whole party hosting and saw none of it. The photos are the first time I actually got to be at my own daughter's birthday.
Everybody came
Grandparents, cousins, the family friends who count as family. These are the frames that get printed and posted and kept.

Let's make you the story.
Tell us what you need. A sentence is enough to start.
